"Not particularly impressed. Staff arrived and seemed grumpy because they were expecting to clean a one-bedroom flat even though I told the company it was two bedroom. I left them to it, and I was told I would be called 30 mins before they were finished so I could inspect. I didn't get a call, and when I went back to the flat 3 1/2 hours later they were gone. The clean was ok, but they hadn't cleaned under the sofa or around the tray where I had put things from the cupboards. It would've been easy to do so. I had to do those areas myself. They took 'before' photos, but I've no idea if they too 'after' photos because I haven't seen them. Our landlord remarked that the clean was only ok and only aren't charging us for another clean out of kindness. Avoid."

"The guys did an amazing job and made sure we received our full deposit at the end of our tenancy. They gave us a very reasonable price and were very efficient. Would absolutely recommend as an end of tenancy cleaning service and would certainly use them again. Thanks for all your help!"

"I am not satisfied with the overall experience. Initially, I was pleased because the company responded very quickly to my inquiry, the clean was scheduled promptly, and I subsequently paid my deposit. However, after this point, response times became very slow and I often had to follow up in order to receive responses to subsequent queries. Overall, the quality of the clean was just ok. When I returned to check the property, I noticed several areas had been missed — for example, there were still crumbs on the kitchen floor, and the living room floor had not been mopped. The photos of the cloth that I have included were after I wiped down the floor myself."
