"Called them up to arrange repair on window they fitted in 2020.. not only has the window dropped,, but the glass has gone cloudy.Receptionist said someone will call today between 12 midday and 4 pm..so at 10.25am one of their fitters calls.. obviously I'm not in..called them up to find out what was going on and said the fitter will be there at 1 pm ..no show...call cjr again and they have said I have to go elsewhere,,cause they are really busy....lame excuse..I don't expect a double glazed window to go cloudy after 5 years,,and it's such poor design it won't even open... shocking,,and terrible customer service..I even explained to them We are moving to a new property and will be requiring them to fit new Windows...NOT NOW... again what behavior..most companies are reliant on return business.Dont use this company..end of."

"Glen and Mikey have been working on replacing the windows in my Dad’s conservatory over the last couple of days. They’re the nicest, most respectful workmen I’ve come across in a while! They’ve done an amazing job, making something that seemed impossible, possible! They’ve kept us informed, cleaned up after themselves and done a brilliant job, looks like a whole new conservatory. Highly recommend."

"My elderly mum needed a whole new doorway fitted, the workmen were very friendly and completed the work the same day, the door is strong and will keep the house warm and safe, I am so happy with the workmanship and quality of the door and the work carried out, thank you so much."

"I've ordered french door from them when been doing my extension, the door wasnt closing correctly as been touching bottom frame, called them straight away Owner told me that nothing to worry about, just need to be adjusted, they will pop in some time to adjust. They came discovered that its been fitted wrong,so they take the whole door out and refitted again,it was a bit easy as my floor and plastering hasn't been done yet. the problem came back and I call them again .I've been told the same thing its just adjustment,as the plastic gets warm, been told that they too busy, but they will come and they didn't . In few weeks time I organised plastering and floors done as all the rest been done, just door need to be adjusted(told by them) now after couple of months they finally came after all my calls, and visits to their office, and again discovered that they fitted twisted, and the door a bit twisted as well, so they just made a bit better and told me that I need to contact with the boss to arrange rest of the repairs. When I called to the boss he told me that his not interested and hang up the phone, now they refusing to do anything."

"We’re delighted with the windows and door we’ve just had fitted by CJR. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, within the timeframe expected, and communication with Megan was excellent. The fitters were experienced and professional, and their workmanship superb. They were also punctual, polite and friendly, tidied up after themselves, and took away all the rubbish. Their price was even £800 keener than our next best quotation, which was truly remarkable. We can’t recommend them highly enough! 😊"
