"Picture the scene. There I was, sitting in my office wearing nothing but my underpants, glistening like a Christmas ham and sweating in biblical proportions. Noah was reportedly looking for timber, and I was seriously considering moving into the freezer aisle at Tesco. The air conditioning had given up the ghost, and I was melting faster than an ice cream in a heatwave. In desperation, I rang the office and spoke to Sophie. Now, Sophie deserves a medal, a parade, and possibly her own bank holiday. From the very first call, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly proactive. While I was busy trying not to evaporate, Sophie calmly arranged for an engineer to attend the very next day. Her customer service was cooler than the air conditioning was supposed to be. Fast forward to the following day and enter Bailey, stage left, like some sort of refrigeration superhero. Armed with tools, knowledge, and what I can only assume was a deep personal commitment to preventing me from becoming a puddle on the floor, Bailey quickly diagnosed the issue and got everything sorted. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and explained everything clearly. No jargon, no fuss, just excellent service from start to finish. As I write this review, I am now sitting directly underneath the beautifully restored air conditioning, fully clothed (thankfully for everyone involved), enjoying a refreshing breeze that feels like it has been personally delivered from the North Pole. The difference is night and day. Before Bailey arrived, I was experiencing the seventh circle of central heating. Now I'm living in a climate-controlled paradise. A huge thank you to Sophie for getting everything organised so quickly and to Bailey for bringing the cool back into my life. If customer service were a temperature, these two would be absolute zero.
