Customer Reviews
"It is difficult to find reliable decorators in Cambridge, but I would recommend choosing someone else. We agreed a fixed price for the job in advance, but during the work the decorator later tried to argue that the quoted amount was actually a daily rate while the work was progressing very slowly. The work also did not follow the agreed specification. The situation became so difficult that I had to use formal dispute resolution for the first time. The dispute resolution service ultimately ordered a partial refund in my favour, which was paid. However, I also received aggressive messages from the decorator during the process. Overall, this was an extremely stressful and unpleasant experience that I would strongly advise others to avoid."
