"Had no hot water, waited days for an appointment (fair enough), they came and looked at the boiler and said they'd order the parts and be in touch, After they'd left the heating also didn't work. I emailed and called for five days before I managed to get in touch with them, the parts hadn't been ordered. No offer to at least fix the heating which had worked before their visit. I got another company to fix the boiler and they pointed out that there were lots of unnecessary parts on the list of parts to order cambs heating had provided. I'd had previous dealings with Cambs Heating and they seemed okay in the past so Mayne management has changed?"
