"I was looking for a competent, reliable and trustworthy roofer and used The Federation of Master Builders (FMB) (recommended contact to ensure no worries of 'cowboy builders'). Capron Roofers Capron is a member of the FMB I contacted and spoke to a Mr Paul Capron in regard to getting a cost for a replacement main roof for a terraced house to be done early in the New Year, start date agreed and weather permitting. Mr Capron said he would visit to see the roof on the 20 December 2016 to look and give an estimate/cost. Mr Capron said he would send the estimate/cost via email and home address. In the first week of January this year, I contacted Mr Capron and addressed the fact I had heard nothing or received any estimate/cost. Mr Capron said he would send the estimate/cost to the home address and send photographs to my email address. I felt on our telephone conversation, he couldn't really be bothered as I addressed why he hadnt been in touch or sent the estimate/cost. Perhaps he felt I was a time-waster or the work wasnt worth his time and doing. I've no idea except to be left guessing. Its the 23 January and nothing yet again is received. I've no idea why Mr Capron appears to be wasting my time and more importantly letting me down. The FMB will be informed. I used the FMB in order to get a professional and reliable roofing contractor. Unfortunately and sadly, this is not the case in respect of Paul Capron. I'm not going to waste my time or money any further. Shame on you Capron!"
