"I am disabled and need to change three locks on my property with 'key alike' and east internal locking. I asked for a quote to do this (I needed an approximate cost for a grant to have this done) but was told I need to measure all three lock barrels myself, which I cannot due to severe dexterity issues. After explaining my issues, I was (long story short) told to measure it of not have it done. So much for being helpful and 'way to go' to help disabled customers. Ever heard of S20(3) of the Equalities Act 2010 and a little thing called 'reasonable adjustments'?"
