"CDC came to clear a blocked kitchen drain. Ryan was absolutely fantastic. He tried every which way to get my sink unblocked. He was so respectful to my home. Used wipes to clean up after and explained every step of the way and what he was doing next. I would highly recommend CDC in a heartbeat. "Quick service - it took not more than 10mins to unblock the drain. This would have been 5 stars except for the fact that it cost £102! When I booked I was told it was £95 per hour+VAT. What I wasn’t told at the outset was that this would be charged regardless of how long it took. So for anybody using these guys in the future beware! I am sure there are others out there that are more transparent."

"I'm buying a house and the mortgage company wanted a drain survey. I found CDC to be quite difficult and unhelpful to deal with. I constantly had to chase them for communication and they did not follow up with me as promised. They also had the cheek to bill me £60 for turning up and refusing to do the survey. In the end I gave up and used Drains First of Horsforth. What a difference! Drains First were helpful and communicative and provided excellent service."
