"Had a level 2 survey done for house we were buying. Report missed completely failed conservatory seal visible from ground level, we noticed it as soon as we moved. We thought it might have happened in the time between the survey and completion but looking at the photos in the survey it can be seen. Overall the survey felt very cookie cutter, highlighting very non-serious that almost all building have, while missing more serious issues that this house had."
