Chelsea Property Renovation & Maintenance Ltd

"Luke and Jake attended my property over the weekend, where I've been having some ongoing decorating and carpentry work carried out. These guys came highly recommended by a friend, and they were able to come out over the weekend due to my busy schedule next week and the importance of getting the electrical work completed so the decorators could continue. They installed some LED lighting that I had asked for in my stairwell and sitting room, and I'm super impressed with how it looks already! Construction work can be such a long process, but now that the lights are on, everything feels like it's finally coming together. I can't thank them enough for the quality of their work and for fitting us into their schedule around my busy week. I can't wait to see the finished result!"

"We got some maintenance work done by Chelsea Property Renovation & Maintenance and they did a great job from communication to the efficiency of their work. They helped replace our broken slab, decorate our rooms with new blinds, fix our bathroom and kitchen with new units even with short notice. I will definitely be using them again."

"Exceptional Service from Chelsea Property Renovation & Maintenance Ltd I cannot recommend Chelsea Property Renovation & Maintenance Ltd highly enough. They completely rewired my house, installed a brand-new central heating system, and carried out extensive decorating work throughout the property. From start to finish, every aspect of the project was completed to an exceptionally high standard. What impressed me most was their professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. They kept me fully informed at every stage, explaining the work clearly and ensuring I was comfortable with each step of the process. Their team was punctual, organised, and incredibly respectful of my home. Despite the scale of the renovation, everything was completed on schedule without compromising on quality. It's rare to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise, but Chelsea Property Renovation & Maintenance Ltd exceeded my expectations in every way. The workmanship is outstanding, the finish is flawless, and the entire experience was stress-free. If you're looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and dependable renovation company, I would not hesitate to recommend them. A truly first-class service and excellent value for money."

He was professional, reliable, and kept me informed throughout the entire project. Every aspect of the refurbishment was completed to a very high standard, and the finished result exceeded my expectations. "Luke from Chelsea Property Renovation recently installed new chandeliers above my dining table and in my sitting room. He and his apprentice, Jake, were both friendly and professional. They protected all of my furniture and wore gloves to avoid leaving any marks on the ceiling or the new light fittings. They also thoroughly cleaned all working areas once the installation was complete. I’m extremely pleased with the outcome of their work and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a professional electrician!"
