"I had a bit of a dilemma with our fire and I rang Ian to see if he could have a look at the problem, he fitted us into his busy work schedule because he didn't want us to go without a fire in the recent cold snap. Ian came and swept our chimney for the first time and to be honest (in a few years), he gave me some good advice on how to look after the fire and to keep it running at peak performance (it's not just about chucking the wood in the burner).
