"Had the pleasures of Gareth Walters attending my property today to look at my faulty Air Source Heat pump .... what a professional and knowledgeable guy! After I'd explained the issue - no pressure in the system - he very quickly identified and located the problem - a faulty 'anti - frost' valve, which was leaking, hence the pressure problem. He quickly sourced and then replaced the valve and re-pressurised the system and then checked the system was functioning correctly - what a star! Thank you sooo much (Diolch yn fawr!) Gareth"

"It has been impossible to get through or have a repainted from City Energy. We had works done via consumer energy solutions with a 4 mk th baby in the house and have been suffering with a leak/broken plumbing/damage to walls from cavity wall insulation/cancelled insurance policies! Really disappointed from what seemed like a to good to be true situation."

"Terrible company! They have messed up my whole house. left me without gas for my cooker for months so had to cook off a camping gas hob. Messed up the power to my light and still haven’t fixed them properly, I’ve had 5 different electricians try and fix it but they couldn’t so they ran new wire to some of the lights but not all of them so I’ve now got lights on the wall they will never work again. They blew a strip light In the bedroom and didn’t replace it. Have left a huge ugly hole going from my bathroom to out side and haven’t finished it. They have burnt my bathroom wall from soldering copper pipe without a heat shield. Instead of pulling up my wooden floorboards to run pipes underneath they just cut big holes in them and screwed them back after. I’m actually gutted, I wish I never went with these guys. It’s a bloody mess. If I could give zero stars I would"

"What a complete shambles! 6 months of works and still not finished! It all started with multiple surveyors visits, then, when the work started, multiple teams visiting. Each time they came, they did a bit of work, found a problem, and left with jobs half complete. We had 3 holes drilled in the house, which remained uncapped for 3 months. We had heating system removed and never put back (we still have no heating). Our next step is to seek legal advice, Avoid these people, they are full of broken promises. (One important side note. All the completion certificates came through BEFORE everything was completed (still isn’t) so somebody is being paid for the job. We’d suggest something dodgy is going on. Now that everyone has been paid we are left to deal with no heating with no end in sight and an incomplete job) We’ve tried to manage this ourselves by making ourselves available every time a visit is scheduled, but often they don’t turn up, or turn up, say something is wrong, and leave. Total, and utter shambles"
