City Flooring Exeter

"We have used City Flooring to lay a hard-wearing vinyl floor in our storerooms. It was a tricky space with a ramp and difficult to reach areas but Kai and his team were absolutely brilliant. From the initial quote, to getting the space measured up, to the actual laying of the floor and the follow-up on a couple of small snags, we cannot fault them. The team was quick, professional and pleasant, and took the time to explain everything they were going to do. We will definitely be using them again."

"I recently converted the old bathroom in my father's apartment into a wetroom. Kai was always very professional and efficient in communicating with me and Tristan had fantastic knowledge and was obviously very skilled when it came to fitting the floor. Overall it was a great experience and my dad was thrilled with the final result. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a wetroom floor. Thank you all for a good job well done. Owen"

"The staff at City Flooring do a fantastic job of meeting the customer's needs. They initially laid LVT's on the kitchen floor about 18 months ago - a great job. It takes a lot to scratch or gouge this type of flooring, but a washing machine engineer managed to do it! Once again - City Flooring came to the rescue with an on-the-spot repair, done quickly, and with no mess to clear up afterwards. Most importantly - the job was done well. Result - one floor area looking as if no damage had occurred. Thanks to all at City Flooring! We'd certainly recommend them to anyone."

"We cannot rate City Flooring highly enough. The customer service and professionalism shown by all team members, (apprentices included) has been exemplary. We briefed Tristan on our specifications and he recommended Laminate Vinyl Tiles to suit our wants/needs. This was laid in our living room and hallway, initially. There were spare tiles after the first fitting so we decided to ask if they could replace the flooring in our ground floor toilet too, to make a seamless look throughout. City Flooring came back again a couple weeks later to install the flooring and we also had them fit carpet on the stairs and landing area. The transformation is incredible! The product is so easy to maintain even with multiple pets. We highly recommend City Flooring for their range of product, amazing customer service and high quality labour. It was also nice hearing Tristan actively explaining and teaching his apprentice. It shows true merit to their standards of work. Thanks Guys. Truly appreciate your work."

"The team at City Flooring Exeter are professional, polite and take immense pride in their work. The quality of the our new flooring products are amazing and they levelled the floor beforehand. They removed all the old carpet and disposed of it and at the end of the job they ensured the floor finish looked its best and that everything was left clean. They had so much respect for our home. Nothing was too much trouble and they went the extra mile for us. I don't usually leave reviews but this company deserve every word of praise I can give. Recommend them. 5 stars."
