City Glass & Aluminium

"We contacted City Glass during an incredibly stressful, desperate and time sensitive period. To obtain building control sign off, we urgently needed to replace a window to include a trickle vent. With tight house conveyancing deadlines looming and most companies in Nottingham quoting lead times of 10 weeks or more, we were under significant pressure to find a solution quickly. After explaining our situation to Kayt, we were amazed when Ashley, one of the directors, responded later that same day with a faster and more straightforward solution. It felt too good to be true, but we chose to move forward in good faith. Just a few weeks later, the new glazing unit—with a bespoke trickle vent—was installed. In that moment, weeks of stress, anxiety, and helplessness vanished. We truly cannot fault the team at City Glass. Their communication, customer service, and aftercare are second to none. We will absolutely use their services again in our next home. With thanks to everyone at City Glass & Aluminium!"

"As a Parish Councillor, we are always looking for good value for money. Some years ago we had City Glass in to replace all the windows in our Village Hall and they did an excellent job - still as good as new. We have just had them in again to replace 4 sets of emergency exit doors that were wood and going rotten. Once again Simon and his team of fitters have done a great quality job, even coming back to make some minor changes that we didn't know needed doing! Thoroughly recommend this company and would go back to them in a heart beat!"

"We had all our UPVC house windows and doors fully replaced with aluminium frames by City Glass which was a huge undertaking. Simon managed the project in a professional and approachable way, helping us to understand the process and what was realistically achievable. He was patient during the decision making and gave excellent guidance with the style and colour choice to create an end result that we are absolutely over the moon with. The fitters were always very respectful and careful when on site and any issues, which do invariably crop up on jobs of this scale, were managed effectively leaving us with a brilliant end result that we are very happy with. We would definitely recommend City Glass if you want a high quality job with excellent attention to detail."

"We used CG&A 23 years ago to provide aluminium inserts for timber frames and they still look as good today as they did when they were fitted. We needed to replace 2 fixed units with opening lights. Things move on, and the window profile had become obsolete, but we had a visit from Simon to discuss an alternative. Throughout all of the process, everyone that we have dealt with was courteous, polite and efficient. The finished units look brilliant and were fitted with the same degree of care that we had become accustomed to. A first class service from a firm that is at the top of its game."

"**Exceptional Service and Quality Patio Doors!** I recently had the pleasure of working with City Glass for the installation of aluminum patio doors, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive. The consultation process was smooth, with the team providing excellent advice on design options that would best suit our space. They were patient in answering all of our questions, and we felt confident in their expertise from the very beginning. The installation itself was quick, efficient, and done with the utmost care. The team arrived on time, respected our home, and left everything spotless. The quality of the aluminum patio doors is outstanding—sleek, sturdy, and beautifully designed, adding so much light and a modern touch to the space. Overall, City Glass went above and beyond to deliver a top-notch product with excellent customer service. If you're looking for a reliable company for glass or door installations, I highly recommend them! We are thrilled with our new patio doors and will definitely be using their services again in the future."
