CITY HEATING

"Christian and Dan were amazing great service new boiler fitted which is amazing and fitted in one day definitely recommend 💯💯💯 thank you 🙏🏻"

"I contacted Christian via the Worcester Bosch approved list. We agreed a time and date to view my boiler to quote for a replacement. Christian arrived and seemed knowledgeable, agreed to provide a quote within 2 days. After 2 days I chased to see if the quote had been sent, Christian advised he was working on it & it hadn’t been sent. I asked if it could be sent as I was being chased for a response from another supplier who had already provided a quote. Instantly the tone changed and was almost grumpy that I’d received another quote. 10 minutes after the call I receive a text to say he won’t be providing a quote due to not having availability the following week. I responded to clarify there was no urgency and any time I’ve the following month was great. My message was ignored & no quote sent. Very odd behaviour from what is supposed to be a professional business"

"Christian and his team did an amazing job installing our a/c from survey to handover. Real pleasure to have in our home, great attention to detail and zero mess - there was a lot of drilling and newly decorated walls too! Turnaround was rapid and we were kept perfectly informed of when things would happen. We are happy customers and happy to commend Christian."

"Just had Air Con installation done by City Heating and plumbing (Christian and Daniel) and they did a fantastic job. It's very neat on both internal and the external unit installation, and you can tell a lot of care has been taken. They were super friendly, tidied up after themselves and explained everything as they were going along. Top job all round."

"Christian responded quickly to my requests and provided good advice. He installed a replacement gas boiler at the price he quoted and in a quicker than expected lead-time. He turned up when he said he would and the job was done on time. I have no hesitation in recommending his services."
