"First time using “professional” cleaning service as I usually like to clean myself but moving into a new house with toddlers it wasn’t possible so tried it out and went with clean Leeds. Seen a lot of good reviews than bad but unfortunately I’ve had a shit experience. Got charged £90 more than estimated quote on the basis that it took longer and it was dirtier than explained. Don’t see where the extra time came from as it was estimated 6 hrs and 4 people cleaning from 10am - 11.48am pretty much works out 6 hrs. Apparantly it was wrong to point out missed areas by my husband for a service we are paying for as that delayed them by an extra 8mins. I went and had a quick scan into couple cupboards one wasn’t touched at all and couple was partly cleaned. They came and cleaned the missed cupboard thanks for that. Showed me video of before and after of why they need to charge extra but both videos looked the same and was no major difference. I asked for photos as it shows up better but that wasn’t possible for them. I moved in last night just started putting things in cupboards in kitchen and seen the cupboards at the top and top shelves hasn’t been touched at all. At this point I feel so stupid for hiring cleaners and paying £300 for a unfinished job! Thanks for the areas that did get cleaned but thanks for ripping me off too."
