In came Cerys, who ended up being my saviour. Unfazed by anything she arrived right on the scheduled time and got straight to work. She knew what she was doing and that was clear to see. She was so easy to talk to, completely understanding and patient She didn't judge and simply made things feel possible again. I naturally got to work too. I didn't expect someone do just do all the work for me. I simply needed some help doing it. So between Cerys and myself we worked and the clutter just seemed to disappear. I had a booking for 4 hours but at the 3 hour mark we both came to the conclusion that we were done. I couldn't not have been any happier with the server that was provided.
