"Do not recommend. Additional star for partial refund. Booked and paid for a half Luton van collection for renovation waste. They then only took a small amount of the waste and said the van was half full. We checked straight away and there was clearly still plenty of space left (only about 1/4 full at best). See attached photo. To be fair, customer service did review the complaint, apologised, and issued a £90 partial refund. I appreciate that. But even after the refund it still was expensive for what was actually collected (just a few carpets)."
