"Rang Cathal, this morning he was very helpful and prompt, said he would be here asap was here within the hour and was able to identify the problem we where having as wasn't a blockage but bowed pipe which held water in a trap. He was able to point us in the right direction and gave us a plumbers number to contact. Highly recommend him."

"I contacted this company after blockage in a pipe was cleared at the weekend, needing a survey of the drain to see why the problem had occurred. I can be with you tomorrow I was told, great I said. Tomorrow came, no word from Clearflow, I messaged to say to shout so we could open the gates, was told he had a few jobs in town and would be out after that, Monday came and went, further message was read but not replied to, Tuesday came and went, So did Wednesday. Now I appreciate things happen and there can be delays, however there is no excuse for the lack of communication."
