"I’m just going to state the facts, and not give an opinion here…. May 2025, Jailson sent two guys to fix my aircon. They claimed to have found the issue and I paid £350 for the repair to be done. June 2025, I used the aircon when we had hot weather and I found it was still not working. I called Jailson, and he agreed to come and check it himself this time, and we agreed a morning slot for the following day. Jailson didn’t show up, and didn’t call me to say he wasn’t coming. I called Jailson the next day and asked for a refund of the £350. He declined, and agreed to visit, which he did this time. Jailson did some tests and immediately found obvious signs of a larger issue, something which his other two members of staff should have easily detected. (Outdoor unit showing 8 bar pressure instead of 1-2 bar). Jailson agreed that his other staff should have spotted that. The outdoor unit is 3 years old. Jailson recommended that the outdoor unit is replaced, and would send me a quote for this. It’s been 2 weeks since that discussion and I’ve not yet heard anything. In summary, I’m £350 down and my aircon still isn’t working, and I’ve not been offered even a partial refund for the poor initial diagnosis and unnecessary repair."
