Cobra Construction Limited

"Jim has completed a number of jobs for me starting in 2022 with an extension to enlarge a tiny kitchen and encorporate a utility and shower room. Jim is professional in what he does and has high standards. He is honest, trustworthy and reliable and I personally wouldn’t have anyone else complete any major works for me. If he’s not available, I’ll wait until he is."

"¹I recently had my bathroom refitted they have done a brilliant job. I am more than pleased with the workmanship. James was professional personable and did an excellent job. I would recommended him nothing was too much trouble. Thank you"

"2 years ago Jim built a single storey extension for me, 7x5m. It’s a kitchen diner with a flat roof and triple glazed roof window. 3 floor to ceiling windows to look over the garden and patio doors. We also carved out a 1x3m area for a downstairs bathroom. Jim did all the plumbing and coordinated the roofer, electrician and carpenters when required. His attention to detail is impeccable. He quoted and did not deviate from that with “hidden costs” which I’d heard of others doing. He also fitted all of the kitchen at a cheaper price than Howdens. After that he came back and made me a patio which I am very pleased with. He’s friendly, very tidy, polite, hard working and respectable. There were no delays, I honestly couldn’t fault him and he would be my 1st choice every time."

"Exceptional service by Jim and the team at Cobra Construction when they transformed our garden by laying a new patio, removing old outhouse and replacing gates etc back in June 2023. Price was good and we were comfortable leaving them to get on with the job while we were at work . They were mindful of the fact that we had 2 dogs and always cleaned up and left everywhere secure . Would 100% use them again and have recommended them to others."

"Jim completed a full install of a new en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe, he did a brilliant job from start to finish and is a great guy! We then had him back to resurface and landscape our driveway and front garden. Will definitely use him again."
