Connectec

"I had a really positive experience during my visit today. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff – they were all excellent and incredibly welcoming. I was even offered a coffee while I waited, which was a lovely touch. Every single person I interacted with was professional, kind, and approachable. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, even offering sweets, which was a nice gesture. What stood out most was how helpful and knowledgeable they were – they gave me clear advice and explained exactly what I needed to do with my CCTV system when I got home, making the setup really straightforward. I would 100% recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future. It was a pleasure visiting today – a genuinely great team who clearly know what they’re doing. Thank you again- Chloe Evans."

"Amazing service. Website easy to navigate, found what I was looking for straight away and transaction completed in no time. Delivery arrived as scheduled and everything what I ordered was complete and packaged very well. Also excellent communication all the way from ordering to delivery. This is now my go to place for all my security needs"

"I urgently needed a specialised bracket for a Hikvision camera that I'd already purchased from my usual authorised distributor. Connectec had the bracket in stock at a competitive price. I paid for next day delivery and got it within the window promised. The item was well packaged and even came with a little packet of sweets which brought a smile to my face. This was an excellent company to deal with and I intend to open an account with them and use them as my main Hikvision supplier going forward. Thank you for the excellent service provided."

"Connectec is a great place to buy your electronics. Low and consistent pricing. I cannot recommend them enough. Right from the start they were great, needed support on choosing the right Baluns for my needs and they immediately helped with their technology knowledge this process was a breeze. Placing the order was straight forward. Items arrived well package the next day. Great customer service, technical and product knowledge and service overall. Very happy and will be using them again."
