"I paid £900 to this company for new parts to be fitted to my boiler, within days it stopped working and started to leak, I messaged, emailed and called them and they just ignore all my messages. Absolutely disgusting service, I would definitely stay clear of this company, I will be spreading the word to everyone I know to stay away from them."

"EDIT: unfortunately we discovered an issue with some of the waste plumbing for one of the sinks which was leaking onto the kitchen ceiling and despite pledging to come and fix it, Hardev has ghosted us and not responded to calls or messages for several months meaning we've had to get another plumber to come and sort this out, hence the change in rating. Really disappointing given the original review. Original: Hardev and his team did all the plumbing for our extension. Hardev was always responsive, listened to what we wanted and always looked for solutions in tricky spaces (and for our picky requirements!). He also came at short notice to sort out any problems and was very neat and tidy. His team were always friendly and helpful and great at thinking around a problem too, managed to fit all the piping in to some tight spaces, but weren't as tidy and the sealant finish was often quite messy."
