"Update! This review is not one of the “targeted review bot scams”. Real person, real issues, true review. We paid on time every invoice which was accurate.The contract Craig refers to also clearly states payment for work completed not hours he had people on site. We have reports from QS and independent contractors with evidence of significant failures in build quality by Craig Gordon which I’m happy to prove. I’m not sure who Craig Gordon is asking about investigations because I have evidence of investigation by trading standards and police which I can prove. Also have evidence of Craig Gordon admitting owing us money which I can also provide proof of. The rubbish left at front of site was how site was left by Craig Gordon. The pictures of foundation wall show evidence of poor workmanship that Craig Gordon attempted to repair however has had to be totally redone at additional cost to us and we have proof of this as well We had the misfortune of contracting Craig Gordon to renovate and build an extension . From the very beginning significant issues with standard of works, plans not being followed resulting in errors , lack of manpower and progress on site . Despite being a fixed price contract labour hours were billed weekly . We terminated Craig Gordon for several contract breaches and sub par works and for producing invoice for glazing that has never been ordered or money refunded despite Craig Gordon admitting he owes us money. Would not recommend any of Craig Gordon’s companies as they all owe money to clients. Standard of work is poor, didn’t have a full team of specialists like advertised, very expensive mistake which we are in process still of legally trying to recoup funds. Trading standards and police are investigating also"
