"Mehedi was the excellent surveyor that attended our home today. He was really professional and super friendly. He made the whole process really easy. I would have given him 6 stars but it only went up to 5. Mehedi, thanks"

"Nigel was absolutely fantastic — incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. He went out of his way to offer thoughtful advice and support, and nothing felt like too much trouble. A real example of someone who truly goes above and beyond with outstanding customer service. Thank you again, Nigel!"

"Muhammad Maqsood from Crawford and Co Surveyors (CC LTD) recently came out to my mother’s house, and I wanted to leave this review to recognise how excellent he was. She spoke very highly of him afterwards and was genuinely impressed with the way he conducted himself. Muhammad was polite, professional, and very respectful throughout the visit. He explained everything clearly, carried out everything he needed to do efficiently, and made my mother feel completely at ease. His manner was outstanding, and it was clear he takes pride in doing a great job. It’s not often people take the time to specifically praise someone after an appointment, but she asked me to leave this review because she felt he deserved recognition. He was a real credit to Crawford and Co Surveyors, and the company should be proud to have someone like him representing them. Highly recommended – a top-quality service from a top young man."

"I had an energy check done and I’m really impressed with the service. Sridhar was excellent — he explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood what was being checked and what the next steps would be. He was very friendly, professional, and respectful while in my home, which I really appreciated. The whole experience was clear, helpful, and reassuring, and I now feel much more confident about improving my home’s energy efficiency. I’d highly recommend this service to anyone. A well-deserved 5 stars!"
