Crownstone Group

"Crownstone were excellent when investigating a damp issue detected in our initial home buyers survey. They scheduled a morning appointment at the property, and by the end of the day, they had sent us their findings. Very professional, efficient and reassured us through our home buying process. Would recommend!"

"Crownstone recently undertook work on my roof terrace over a two day period. The team was excellent, protecting the inside of the house so as not to cause any damage or disturbance and the actual work done was completed quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard. They even shared a range of "before" and "after" photos to evidence the quality of the work performed. The team themselves were timely, pleasant and polite. I cannot commend them highly enough."

"Simon from Crownstone Surveyors is clearly a leading expert in his feel. Simon has been able to advise and create a plan for removing damp in an efficient yet cost effective way. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simon and Crownstone Surveyors for any damp related issues."

"Simon and his team went the extra mile for me after damp proofing my property. They helped to fix the place up and recommended other fantastic tradesmen to help me finish my project. I have complete satisfaction for the way they worked and would recommend them 100%. They were extremely experienced, methodical, transparent and trustworthy. If you've found Crownstone Surveyors you're in good hands!"

"I have known and been working with Simon on various projects for nearly a decade. From the first basement conversion he ran for me in 2014 to getting his help when others had messed up the DPC on a new extension in 2020, he and the team at Crownstone Surveyors have always been at hand for solid, well thought out advice and practical help with waterproofing problems. I trust his knowledge, skills and problem-solving abilities in this space above anyone else - to the extent that I just pulled him into a basement project others had labelled "impossible". Turns out with the right expertise by your side even the impossible has practical solutions after all!"
