"We had Dave re-render our old Victorian terrace to help with damp problems caused by two layers of cement render trapping moisture in the walls. He stripped the old render off and replaced it with a vapour-permeable lime render so the building can breathe and also did a great job painting the new render (making sure we chose an appropriate type of paint for the material). Dave was great to deal with throughout. Easy to talk to, turned up when he said he would, cleaned the site up after himself, and finished the job to a great standard for a very fair price. He also sorted the scaffolders and waste removal so we didn't have to chase anything ourselves. I would highly recommend Dave, and will be back in contact with him for any internal plastering work we need doing."

"Dave was pleasant, positive and helpful. Having researched and had many renderers to visit Dave seemed much more honest and straightforward. He kept things simple and was very open to what we wanted and asked. He also was very good at communicating. We had the back of our house re-rendered in lime and it went very well. We had to get other trades to do pipes & windowsills and Dave was very accommodating and easy going. He and Terry were very pleasant, Terry fitted a new windowsill and Dave rendered a small area inside our house. He included these extras within the original price as hacking off the render was quicker than expected. Dave is a very fair and a nice person and did a great job. I will add another photo once we have finished painting!"
