"Had a great call with Aria to book my installation. Very kind and friendly, and have me a good deal after walking me through the options. Mostafa and Milad installed quickly and bespoke to my needs. They were also good communicators and nice people. They explained clearly how the cooling device will operate, how to use the remote and mobile app, and the most efficient way to use it. I highly recommend this service, especially with climate change in full swing! My flat now feels like a fridge in the summer. There's a reason they have such great reviews."

"Highly recommend Debonair Cooling for your air conditioning needs! I had an initial video call quickly arranged by Aria, who was able to recommend the options best suited for our needs (single unit for the bedroom, south-facing room) and schedule an appointment for installation. Aria also responded quickly to my follow-up questions prior to the engineers' visit. On the day of installation Mohammad, Milad and Saeed arrived promptly and installed the inside and outside units, having covered the inside furniture and taking care not to damage anything in our garden (a very overcrowded garden!). They cleaned up after the work was done and I can safely say they left the place looking cleaner than it had been before! Both Aria and Mohammad talked me through the installation and operating questions (positioning, electric supply, operating the AC). This has been a very pleasant experience throughout, and we can now finally have a good night's sleep in our bedroom which would in summer routinely heat up to 33C and remain hot for days after the weather outside would've broken! The room can now be cooled to an appropriate 22C even if it's 35C outside, and it truly makes a world of difference to our quality of life."

"Aria, Mo, and the team are top notch. With a toddler at home, we were impressed with how little dust there was throughout the installation of the four multi split units within our home. The team took great care in protecting our home, covering furniture, and cleaning up after themselves despite the numerous service penetrations needed for our installation. Unfortunately, the first making good contractor that was sent wasn't as well suited for the complexity of our install and didn't live up to Debonair's high standards. But once Aria was made aware of it, he rectified the situation immediately and sent over another team who were equipped to efficiently handle the job. How a business solves problems is much greater representation of their customer service and Debonair handled this gracefully. They are fast at responding to questions, quality is top notch, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you Debonair!"

"I had a really good experience with Debonair Cooling. I was a bit hesitant at first because I received some cheaper quotes elsewhere, but they didn’t give me confidence when it came to attention to detail. After speaking with Aria, it was clear I was dealing with professionals. The quote was very reasonable for what was included (I had 3 indoor units installed), and the wait time wasn’t bad at all. On installation day, Mo, Milad, and Mostafa did an excellent job. What stood out most was their attention to detail, especially with the wiring and tubing, and how well they cleaned up afterward. They had all the necessary tools to complete the job and it was evident that they’re specialised in AC installations. Mo even handled a tricky install two stories up for the loft and did a great job.
