"Ben , a friendly young man, who responded quickly to our request to service our gas fire and boiler. He serviced our gas fire last year and we were impressed, so this year asked him to service our boiler too. Liked that he informed us that he may be a few minutes late, and that although we had it in our diary, he sent us an email reminding us, of the service was due..no problem setting a date. Everything left clean and tidy. Sorry Ben I haven't mastered adding photos yet."
