"Excellent service, Zavier did a great job. Managed to fit me in quickly due to my circumstances, very polite and friendly, all done professionally at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him."

"Excellent service from Devon House Clearance. We were recommended to use Zav and his team and he areanged to meet us at short notice to quote for a clearance of my father in law’s house following his passing. The process form quote to completed job was done with the utmost professionalism, efficiency, and with all relevant paperwork in place for waste disposal, and most importantly, with sensitivity and care. The price was extremely competitive and excellent value for the service offered too. After the job was completed, photos and a video were sent to make sure we were happy. 100%, 10/10, A+… I would highly recommend for anyone looking for house clearance services."

"Enquired Sunday evening and by Tues morning they arrived. Price was incredibly reasonable and they were so polite and helpful. They couldn't have done anymore for us and left us with a completely empty and clean garage. Nothing was too much trouble. Really impressed with the quick and superb service and we will definitely use them again without hesitation."

"I recently used this waste and clearance company and couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From the initial enquiry to the final collection, the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with care and respect for the property. They cleared everything quickly, left the area spotless, and made what could have been a stressful job feel easy. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden surprises, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that’s reliable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to great customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing waste removal or property clearance services. Fantastic job!"
