From my first enquiry, Sophie and Rosie in the office communicated clearly by email and phone, keeping me fully informed about the process and timescales. Everything was completed on time as promised, and Daryl and Leo, supported by Jordan and Nathan, worked extremely hard throughout. The installation is very neat, and the team kept everything clean and tidy during the four days they were on site. It was a pleasure to have such diligent and friendly tradesmen in our home. I would highly recommend DMR and would not hesitate to use them again. The option to take an interest-free loan for part of the cost was an added bonus.
