Dobbies Garden Centre Aberdeen

"Dobbies Garden Centre in Aberdeen is a great all-in-one spot for garden lovers and day out vibes. It has a wide variety of flowers and plenty of garden accessories to browse, making it easy to find inspiration or supplies for your home. There’s also something for everyone—Dobbies offers tasty breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, plus you’ll find a supermarket and even an aquarium shop. The space is spacious and the parking is convenient, and the overall gardens are beautifully maintained."

"Lovely place to have a look around, expensive however. Cafe is OK but not my first choice of garden centre to eat at. The sponge cakes are always hard, possibly from sitting out uncovered. Noticed a couple of flys buzzing around too which put me off further."

"This is for the restaurant only. What a shambles. We went in for lunch. Three of the menu items we chose were not available. Staff seemed very disorganised. The whole cafe area is badly laid out. You have several different groups queuing in different places for different things. Just very poor overall. Food was very average."

"I had such a fantastic experience at Dobbies Garden Centre Aberdeen today, thanks to Customer Advisor Willie in the Garden Centre. I went in looking for a specific Magnolia tree I’d seen online, and Willie went completely out of his way to track it down for me. Not only did he find it, but his helpful advice and genuine enthusiasm meant I ended up leaving with two! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what he does. It made such a difference to my visit and is exactly the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Willie is a real credit to Dobbies!"

"First time visiting Dobbies on the 16/10 and went straight to the aquarium shop (Fishkeeper Scotland) to pick up a couple of bits for our aquarium. I was welcomed by a wonderful lady by the name of Cara who answered all my questions and helped me find the appropriate things I needed. Very kind and approachable woman who made me feel at ease considering I hate huge shops! She helped me find two new additions to our tank ( peppered corydoras) and the shop has a vast array of wonderful, well looked after aquatic life. I will definitely be back to Dobbies over Pet Smart for my aquarium needs! Thank you again Cara! 💜"
