"I am writing to let you know how pleased I am with the wall insulation carried out on my bungalow just before Christmas last year. On the day it was done the weather was appalling, heavy snow showers & windy, but the chap came on his own regardless and started working straight away. He didn’t stop until the job was finished. Since then I & visitors have noticed how warmer the house is. As a pensioner I appreciate being able to use the GBIS scheme. Thankyou. Joyce Coggins"

"Knocked on our door and politely explained all they could offer. Weren't pushy at all and took note of us not wanting certain things. Did not try to oversell at all . Within 3 weeks we had new vents and loft insulation installed for free via the Great British Insulation Scheme. Everyone involved was lovely throughout ."

"We had cavity wall insulation under the "Great British Insulation Scheme". The service was excellent from start to finish. From the initial contact (knock on the door), through to the surveyor calling and then the work being done. All done and finished within 3 weeks. Minimal disruption, all tidied away after the work was done. We have a 1930s house originally designed for three coal fires and a LOT of ventilation. It's been very difficult to keep the heat in and the house struggles to get to 17 degrees in cold weather with the heating on all day. It's now like an oven in comparison and loses very little heat, even overnight when it's below freezing outside, the house will only drop 2 degrees when the heating has been off for 11 hours. Amazing. Since Covid I now work at home and I'm very very happy! Thank you."

"Amazing service, quick, professional, knowledgable to any questions asked and from sign up to my grant been awarded and insulation fitted was under two weeks! My home is already noticeably warmer and more efficient as related to my bills! Would and do recommend Domestic energy experts to everyone!"

"An excellent service from start to finish! At first i was hesitant as it seemed too good to be true, as it was free! However, I'm very glad i trusted this company to insulate my loft. The initial conversation took place when one of their reps knocked on my door and the conversation that followed was conducted in a very professional and friendly manner. From there the communication from the office was fantastic and very efficiently done. The installation of the loft insulation was done without stress and the gentlemen that attended were lovely and very tidy! My house is now very cozy and im finding that im using my heating much less then before. I would highly recommend this company to anyone."
