"Had been trying to unblock the kitchen sink for days. Called my insurance company and they sent DTS round. They literally came within minutes. Jamie was polite, friendly and put me at ease as I was in a panic as all the gunk was coming up my sink plughole. I had recently come out of hospital and had a broken finger so I'm was not in the best shape. But Jamie promptly unblocked the sink. He explained why it was blocked.
