"unfortunately we didnt have a great time with them, came out and the person didnt even know what he was doing said he couldn't fix the job will get someone else, got billed for that. then someone else came out same thing didnt fix the problem then sent us a £600 bill for our situation still to be the same as it was before they came. was pretty gutted. partner explained this to the lady on the phone and she said she would speak to her boss and get back to us. still haven't heard back nor the problem sorted and still payed for a service that isn't sorted. name would be under ADAMS at turriff"
