"Amazing service! Called and sent someone soon as. Russell was great and did the job smoothly, found the problem in 5 minutes! Would highly recommend in the Dartford/Crayford borough. Really impressed genuinely."

"Super quick, efficient and friendly service. I was amazed at how quickly my issue was resolved. The person who came was professional, a great communicator and a credit to the company. Highly recommended!"

"Russell was brilliant. I had called Thames Water out twice as well as another drainage company and they weren't able to sort out the problem. In the end, I needed to do an emergency call out on a Sunday. Russell came out quickly, diagnosed the problem was my external drain and managed to get it cleared despite it being quite tricky. He was clear on the charges and gave me some helpful suggestions at the end. Thank you!"

"Very rapid and effective response to a drain emergency. I was unable to clear a blocked external drain at my 98 year old dads house by rodding it or by jet washing - it just got worse and overflowed across the path. George despatched Muhammad, his Drain Unblocking 24/7 expert who took just 40 minutes to arrive, checked and removed blockages and foul waste at three manholes, all done and cleared up in about 90 minutes, good value for money and an excellent result, as this saved me having to arrange to come back the next day with one of the other major drain companies."
