I am a portfolio landlord of many properties and initially gave them 1 house to do a full refurbishment. They gave me a deadline date which I was more than happy with and completed this with 1 week to spare with no snags. Since then I have gave them many more properties to refurb and update me regularly. The guys are all respectful, well mannered and polite. From the initial contact to the completion of the project there was good communication, snagging issues cropped up on the way however, when raised, they were resolved quickly.
