"Average service when installing our multi unit residential entry system. I'm very surprised by the other genuine? reviews. Installer initially fitted the wrong product & when questioned about it he said he wasn't surprised by this. We were then told our original choice as quoted was out of stock. Alternative products fitted but not finished (called back twice more to finally get the job done). Then invoiced incorrectly 4 times. Installation finally completed, but v painful service & will try someone else next time."
