"Would give them a 0 stars if I could. These guys completely scammed me because they knew I was desperate. I shared pictures of what I needed collecting and was quoted a price. The item for collection was an Ikea mirrored wardrobe which I had partially dismantled to make it easier. All parts were included in the image sent for the quote and we discussed the items to be collected on the phone too. The guy said he was reliable and could collect at 11. He then called me at 9:20 and said can I do 10 instead? I said if I left now I would get there for 10:30 at the earliest, so we then agreed 10:30. I then rushed out to get there in time but 5 or so minutes before 10:30 I messaged him and he said he went to another job near by and so it would now be 11:15/11:30. This concerned me as I needed to vacate my flat by midday and was scarred after I had a no show with collection with another company the day before. As I knew I was going to be short for time I got my mum round and we carried the wardrobe parts down and out of the flat. Whilst this was most of the hard work I was paying someone to do I felt I had no choice as I was up against time. When the drivers came at nearer 12, to my surprise they did not appreciate the fact that I had done most of their job. They instead lied and said they thought I was keeping the mirrored doors of the wardrobe and that they would have to charge me £10 extra for each door!!!! At this point my landlord was there and I had no choice but to pay. This man completely lied to get more money out of me and likely pocketed the difference. When I reluctantly agreed the man didn’t even pick up the unit he dragged it leaving heavy marks on the flat grounds. Disgusting customer service. Unreliable, untrusting and rude!!!!! Do not use this company"
