"I ordered a 12 yard skip from this company for delivery on Friday, 19/06/26. I was then told it would instead be delivered on Saturday morning. I waited all Saturday morning, repeatedly called and sent messages, but received no response. Eventually, a cage truck arrived instead of the 12-yard skip I had paid for. This was not the service I ordered. I immediately requested a refund, but the manager refused, claiming that because a truck had been sent, no refund would be given. Even the driver who arrived was unable to get hold of the company when he tried calling them. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication, failure to provide the service paid for, and refusal to issue a refund. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this business. I have retained evidence of the booking, payment, messages, and communications regarding this matter and will be pursuing the matter further if necessary. Contrary to what this business claims, our WhatsApp conversations clearly show that I did order a 12-yard skip, not a lorry, and that this was arranged the day before, not as a last-minute emergency. Payment was made that afternoon. I would gladly post the WhatsApp messages as evidence if Google allowed attachments in review responses. The company also claims that I agreed to accept a cage lorry over the phone. However, the WhatsApp messages tell a different story. They also mentioned that there was "another skip on site"—which is completely irrelevant. What does another skip have to do with delivering the skip that I paid for? On the day of the job, they ignored my calls and WhatsApp messages. They even failed to answer when their own driver tried to contact them. Readers can decide for themselves whether this is how a professional business should operate. I would also ask why they insisted on payment by bank transfer instead of card, and why no invoice was provided after payment. Based on my experience, I do not believe this company operates its own skip yard. It appears to act as a middleman, which may explain what happened. You'll also notice that they rarely answer phone calls and communicate almost entirely through WhatsApp. This is simply my genuine experience. I encourage anyone considering using this company to do their own research and judge the facts for themselves. Am ready to forward to anyone all the evidences as a proof to clealy see how frustrated this situation was and to judge this with an open mind.All are well documented because as i told them, i will definitely be taking a legal approach on this matter. Thank you so much guys for accepting my request at such short notice and arriving so quickly! (The other company I initially booked just didn’t show up and I was at risk of missing my move and flight. I called Eco Solutions and they understood my situation and came to my „rescue“ same day)"
