Eco Window Solutions Southern: Double Glazing Park Gate

"I had installed a front door by Eco Window Solutions. The fitters did a good job, but the closing mechanism of the door is defected and Eco Window Solutions refuses to change it, even though the door is still in warranty, and even blocked my number. I would never recommend them, their customer service is extremely poor."

"Eco did a good job installing several windows and doors in our new extension. However, one of the doors seems to have a manufacturer's defect. It's bended and far from airtight. It's impossible to keep the area of the house warm due to the cold air that gets through between the door and the door frame. Eco has refused to replace the door. So, I cannot recommend Eco to anybody unfortunately."

"Required a contemporary black external door and window for basement flat and Eco Windows advised me well and were very knowledgeable with the best options. Would highly recommend. Well fitted in super quick time - no delays and very friendly and polite. Made up with the finish, fit and product reasonably priced too"

"Recently replaced all my windows, the team were friendly, efficient and I'm very happy with their work and pricing. On time, Tidy, Conscientious workmen, and good aftersales care. Would definatley recommend."

"I had a 'warm roof' put on to a conservatory, which was never used because its temperature was so affected by the weather! The guys replaced the roof in two days - during Storm Arwen! They were very professional, tidy and good humoured. I am so happy with the results. It looks great and now have a usable room. I highly recommend them."
