"Lionel is a wonderful locksmith and fixed our front door lock a couple of years ago and then last night my back door broke and we couldn’t open it ( we have 2 dogs so no access to the garden is tricky!) it’s Saturday and I texted Lionel and he managed to fit me in between jobs and was here within an hour of my original text.
