"Unprofessional. I had to reschedule an appointment and the contractor agreed over the phone to come the following day at 5:30 pm. He never showed up, not even a call. I had to call back the number just to be told by his wife "he doesn't work after 5". That's great, good work life balance, but don't take appointments at a time you don't want to work. After insisting on this point, the version changed and then I was told that he had a family emergency. Again, I'm sorry for your emergency, but give your clients a call and let them know. I gave up and never rescheduled with them. Found another contractor recognised by BPCA and problem solved."
