"What a great bunch of guys. They turned up promptly, incredibly professional and super efficient. If anyone needs swift boxes installed on their Georgian townhouses that are too tall for ladders, these are your guys. I would have no hesitation recommending them, and their amazing services. "Dangerous and aggessive. Not the type of people id like to do business with! Their van was weaving in and out of traffic. Came up behind, beeping aggressively, flashing their lights, then overtook me quickly, suddenly and dangerously and i had to slam on my breaks and then stopped in the middle of the road (and got out of his van to confront me but I overtook the car to avoid unnecessary confrontation) and then overtook me in the same manner once again and wouldnt move when traffic progressed and purposefully blocked my access to the outer lane for some unknown reason on a busy morning road. Very, very dangerous not just for him, but me, his passenger, other driverd and pedestrians. Must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed. But, as a doctor trying to get to the hospital for work, it was not the most ideal scenario to be faced with in the morning. They could have reasonably and easily killed someone if pedestrians were around and at the very least posed a serious risk to other vehicles. Reckless and needless behaviour and very unnerving. I am not sure what prompted this behaviour but i consider it unprovoked. Incident as well as the dash cam footage has been reported and supplied to the police. They've made a note of the company name and vehicle registration for sny future incidents. Are these the type of people you want to trust on your property and do business with? People who demonstrate high rates of unprovoked aggression? What if i was an elderly person or a pregnant woman or had kids in the car? It's not acceptable. Edit in reply: Thank you for the reply. I appreciate you've taken appropriate action. These incidents happen but what concerns me is it was unprovoked. I am not sure what provoked this incident but more importantly, if i had had children in the car or I had been a pregnant woman, these ostensibly banal encounters can quickly escalate into something far more serious. Hopefully this doesn't happen to someone else. Thanks again."

Tricky job in cold and wet conditions to remove three very heavy woodcrete swift boxes (not popular with swifts and stupidly heavy for something attached to a high wall) from the under the gutters of my tenement block and replace with four new ultra durable lightweight fibreglass swift colony boxes (3 doubles and a single box) from Impeckable which have been proven to be very attractive to swifts, and will also last more than a lifetime, making them a sensible investment for property owners wanting to help save Edinburgh's swifts from imminent extinction. First class job and thanks to the lads for their hard work and skill and I look forward to working with you again. The swift colony boxes look amazing!"
