When I initially contacted him after I heard a rat in my flat roof he was honest with me with the difficulty of getting to them. Luckily I have a hatch to where I thought the problem was. "Contacted Marc to see if he could remove a wasp nest. He responded straight away saying that it was going to be a few days before he could get to us as he was so busy. Not a problem for us, just really nice that he gave us an option to go elsewhere if we needed the work done sooner. True to his word, Marc was in touch within a couple of days with a date and time to carry out the nest removal. Marc turned up and removed the wasp nest on time and as agreed.
