"The Elvington Park team completely renovated, remodelled and extended our 1890s house. We now have fully insulated floors and walls, have an amazing new 3-berth garage with solar panels and we moved from oil heating to air source heat pump and underfloor heating. Windows were replaced, the whole place painted inside and out, porch built, patios and new drives laid - mixture of tiles, brick and gravel. Jim, Andrew and the team were brilliant in all they did - expert and reliable. They even helped out when we had issues with some other contractors. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"We used Elvington Park for a house extension, and also (whilst we were at it) many other smaller but important house improvement works. It was perhaps a more complicated build than it may sound as our house is 150 years old and a few existing issues were identified as the building work progressed due to its age that had to be resolved. The guys at Elvington Park were excellent. When the issues were discovered - for example, water and loose wiring in the basement, unsecure foundations, missing loft walls etc - they came up with practical solutions. Andrew is particularly adept at this. Likewise when we asked them to restore the backyard to a garden, for example, we originally went to quite a well known garden designer for a plan thinking a specialist would be better. They weren't. Their plan was pants. Andrew again came round, did a plan in a day following our brief, and it was out of sight better than the specialist. The guys then completed the build to a high standard. Our build, and the add-ons, took almost a year and I would say Elvington Park were excellent throughout. We are probably towards the 'fussier' end of the customer spectrum - poor old Andrew may still have nightmares about our requests - but we never had any kind of an issue or request that the guys could not resolve. They are also in my view just the right size of company - not so big they are impersonal, not so small they struggle to source tradespeople and schedule work."
