"DO NOT TRUST THIS PLUMBER TO HONOR BOOKINGS Not reliable, not trustworthy and quiet simply an unprofessional liar. Booked on 28th of October to fix disabled lady's toilet, was told two weeks. Tried to get in touch on November 12th no reply, tried again on Nov 25th, Dec 2nd and Dec 10th and again no reply, tried again finally on 17th December to hopefully have this ladies toilet fixed by Christmas only to be told he had no recollection of booking. When shown screenshots of proof he replied simply unavailable. No apology, nothing. Again he is completely unprofessional and dishonest. DO NOT TRUST."
