"They took me on last june . They contracted out Precise Energy. They were coming at midday but asked the day before if they could call at 8.30am .I was ill but I agreed. Put vents on my windows then on the night they had took them off? The bathroom vent is supposed to come on when lights on it doesnt . The kitchen vent is just stuck on the wall ? Fat lad with short vest showing all his belly. The other stayed at the bottom of the hall . He was the look out . Went in my room and he was standing on my chest of draws . My vent had net over it as I had a infestation of spiders. He had opened boxes took all my phones , about 11. Took a plug in radiator . 4ft x 3ft ish? Took jewellery. I dont know whats been taken in the loft as im still ill . Its all been reported . They were supposed to come back and put boiler in next day but rang and said the van had broken down and couldn't do it till the next week. Emerald said ghey would give me 100 quid for my trouble . The next one they sent said I had to have a radiator in my room . No. They said they would put it against the wall as if its in , take a photo then take it away, but not to let anyone in to check it. They said they would give me 500 quid . Somewhere along the way I was offered 200. The police know about the theft. Just be weary or they must have thought oh its only a woman. Disgusting company . Dont answer my phone calls nothing . Ended up paying monthly ."
