Emerald Home Improvements Leicester

"We spoke to Chris on the phone yesterday, and we just wanted to say how truly outstanding his customer service and kindness were. He was incredibly understanding and compassionate regarding our ongoing family situation, which meant a great deal to us. Despite everything, he took the time to listen our circumstance, and was unable to arrange an appointment at this time but definitely will be calling back when feasible. He has genuinely left a lasting impression on us, and we will absolutely be returning to Emerald for any work on our property. We sincerely hope this feedback is passed on to him, as he really deserves the recognition. Kind regards Alice and James Wright"

"We are not happy! With high price , we expected high standard of work as well. Only 1 plus is that windows frame are thick but we had problem with closing all 6 windows! Finishing work was dramatic! Full of silicon around windows! I am really disappointed and not recommend!"
