Emergency Plumbers and Heating Repairs

"High-quality plumbing work and excellent customer service. They were easy to schedule and very responsive."

"Professional team with great attention to detail. The repair was done efficiently and works perfectly. I will definitely call them again."

"Quoted 199 plus parts. Plumber arrived and straight away checked if we knew it was 399 minimum. We did not! Called company back who said they had told me that on the phone and were very rude. I disagreed and said they had only advised the initial amount. This company only finds local plumbers and are not an actual plumbing company. The plumber said it was not the first time this has happened where he has had to explain this to a customer and said he will be calling to stop working with them."

"Had a leak from somewhere upstairs on Saturday in desperation I rand around and the only company that answered was this one.Desperate I agreed to a £199 call out charge and a plumber would call in an hour. The plumber arrived on time and was polite and professional. After the repair I was given a bill of £399 while I have no issues with the actual plumber and I understand a fair price for a fair days I do think the cost was far too high I think this is because it's a southern based company charging price you wouldn't normally expect up where I live. I've since spoken to local plumbers that only charge £90 less than that for a week day."

"Called this agency for my 92 year old grand father. They said it was going to be a £199 call out fee which I understood due to being weekend. The total price for 10 minute job was £717. I have never been so flabbergasted in my whole entire life. The plumber himself was lovely, so nice, polite and professional. But the cost wow, just took my grandfathers whole Christmas off him. £518 to unplung the toilet which took 5 mins and to turn pressure up on the boiler. No parts were used. After Speaking to family members will be taking this further"
